11 月 4 日，据 OnchainLens 监测，BNB Chain 上涉及 InsurancePool 和 CoreVault 的攻击造成 InsurancePool 净流失约 17.95 万美元的 BNB，攻击者在扣除 Gas 费前获利约 160.26 枚 BNB，价值约 11.1 万美元。

监测显示，攻击者疑似借助闪电贷操纵流动性池价格，通过 CoreVault 触发 InsurancePool 支付 260.21 枚 BNB，价值约 18.03 万美元，随后反向交易并偿还闪电贷。
