The Philadelphia Semiconductor Index experienced a significant drop of 4.25%.
On the individual stock side, SanDisk fell by over 10%, Coherent fell by over 9%, SK hynix fell by over 8%, and Kioxia ADR fell by over 14%. Additionally, chip stocks such as Marvell Technology, Intel, Western Digital, and Micron Technology all saw noticeable declines.
