Three South Korean AI Chip Unicorns Adjust IPO Plans, Aiming for Listing Between 2027 and 2028

July 28th. South Korean AI chip companies Rebellions, FuriosaAI, and DeepX have adjusted their IPO plans. Rebellions has rescheduled the listing on the South Korean Composite Stock Price Index to the first half of next year, FuriosaAI plans to proceed around the second half of 2028, and DeepX is targeting between 2027 and 2028. The three companies are currently advancing Pre-IPO and Series D financing rounds. Based on the assessment amount, Rebellions is valued at 34 trillion Korean won, FuriosaAI at about 30 trillion Korean won, and DeepX at around 28.5 trillion Korean won.

These three companies had a revenue of approximately 32 billion won, 5.7 billion won, and 3.3 billion won respectively last year. The related mass production and customer orders include Rebellions' Rebel 100, Renegade, and other next-generation chips.
