Cryptocurrency exchange platform Luno to lay off 20% of staff

July 28th - According to Bloomberg, Luno, the cryptocurrency exchange platform owned by DCG, will globally reduce about 20% of its workforce as part of a company restructuring plan. The company's CEO, James Lanigan, confirmed this news.

Lanigan, in response to media inquiries, stated that this restructuring will adjust the company's business layout, including expanding its business-to-business (B2B) services and reducing costs based on the current market environment. However, he declined to disclose the specific number of employees involved in this downsizing.
