Yushu Technology Employee Welfare Plan to Participate in IPO Strategic Placement, Wang Xing Subscribes for 15 million
July 30th, China's leading civilian robot company Yushu Technology disclosed in its IPO prospectus on the Sci-Tech Innovation Board that the company's senior management and core employees plan to participate in this issuance through an asset management plan. The two plans are Yushu Technology Employee No.1 Asset Management Plan and Yushu Technology Employee No.2 Asset Management Plan. The number of shares participating in the strategic placement will not exceed 10% of the issuance size, which is 4.044643 million shares. The total subscription amount will not exceed 271.5 million RMB, and the final number of shares for the strategic placement will be determined after the issuance price is set.
Among them, all the funds raised by Yushu Technology Employee No.1 Asset Management Plan will be used to participate in this strategic placement, with a total payment of 218.5 million RMB for the placement price. All the funds raised by Employee No.2 Asset Management Plan will be used to participate in this strategic placement, with a total payment of 53 million RMB for the placement price. The list shows that the participants in Yushu Technology Employee No.1 Asset Management Plan include 161 people, including CFO Wang Feng, and the participants in Yushu Technology Employee No.2 Asset Management Plan include 10 people, including Chairman Wang Xingxing, who subscribed for 15 million RMB.
