Dinari Partners with Circle to Offer Tokenized Stock Service to U.S. Investors
August 4th, according to Fortune magazine, Dinari has partnered with the stablecoin giant Circle to allow U.S. investors to buy and sell stocks through self-custody wallets for the first time. Dinari's model involves a wallet-based system replacing the traditional brokerage stack, enabling users to fund their accounts instantly using the USDC stablecoin.
For decades, buying stocks has meant going through a broker, waiting for trade settlement, and facing trading restrictions when the stock market is closed. Dinari is trying to change that. On Tuesday, the California-based company, which converts public stocks into tokens, announced that it had tokenized the entire S&P 500 Index and was offering these tokenized stocks to U.S. investors.
