New York Federal Court Rejects SBF's Appeal

August 5th, according to ABC News, the New York Federal Appeals Court on Tuesday upheld SBF's conviction on fraud and conspiracy charges following the collapse of his cryptocurrency exchange FTX.

In 2024, SBF was sentenced to 25 years in prison for orchestrating what prosecutors described as one of the largest financial frauds in American history.
