Hyperliquid is actively seeking to expand into the US market

August 12th, Hyperliquid is currently seeking a pathway to expand its perpetual contract to the U.S. market. The platform is currently not available to U.S. users.

Previously, the Hyperliquid Policy Center, funded by the Hyper Foundation, has conducted policy research and advocacy in Washington, pushing for the establishment of a regulated access framework in the U.S. for on-chain perpetual contracts and decentralized market infrastructure. (The Information)
