WSJ: Nvidia and OpenAI Revise Ohio 10GW Data Center Deal, Scaling Back to Below $120 Billion

August 15th, according to WSJ, sources said Nvidia (NVDA.O) and OpenAI have revised the transaction proposal structure for the 10-megawatt data center project in Ohio. Nvidia will guarantee a 5-gigawatt project, reducing the guaranteed amount from $250 billion to less than $120 billion.
