Ledger Exploit Hacker Transfers $1.07 Million in ETH to Tornado Cash, Some Funds Flow into Binance Hot Wallet
October 10, according to Onchain Lens monitoring, the suspected hacker related to the recent Ledger reseller CryptoBillis incident, involving an alleged amount close to $90 million in stolen coins, has transferred 430.2 ETH, worth about $1.07 million, to Tornado Cash through 4 wallets.
After Tether froze some related funds, the suspect reportedly began exchanging USDT for USDD through SUN.io and USDD's PSM, with some funds also flowing into Binance hot wallets.
The relevant suspect wallets flagged by Onchain Lens currently still hold about $70.6 million in assets, including 11,406 ETH (about $28.35 million), 213.371 BTC (about $17.65 million), 13.646 million USDD (about $13.65 million), and 10.909 million USDT (about $10.91 million).
As on-chain funds are still moving, the above tracking data and suspect associations still await further verification.
