BTC to hit $90,000 this month? Accounts with outstanding price predictions heavily bet on BTC's trajectory this month.
According to PolyBeats monitoring, BTC experienced significant volatility over the past few days before stabilizing between $82,000 and $84,000, with short-term bullish narratives on X becoming denser again in recent days. On October 13–14, BTC-focused quantitative trader Killa (@KillaXBT) posted that the narrative entering the 14th leaned bearish, but he favored the possibility of another push toward the $87,000 area after sufficient correction. Killa had predicted the peak of this bull cycle in May 2025; he shorted at around $74,688 in mid-April and then flipped long around June 5 during the market crash.
On prediction market Polymarket, the probability of "BTC above $90,000 in October" is currently 33%.
beheo123 bought $8.13k on "Yes" at a buy probability of 46.18%. Trading with 90%+ as the tail-end threshold, this trader has 31 open trades in the BTC category with a 61% win rate, PnL +$55.0k, and this bet is 26.16x the median bet size.
Besides Killa, Pentosh1 (@Pentosh1) said on October 1 that BTC's consolidation was "almost over, preparing for the next leg up," and wrote short-term "want to see it head toward 90k"; CryptoKaleo (@CryptoKaleo) said on October 13 that the next leg would "go straight past 100k," and wrote "still believe it happens this month"; on October 14, posted again "hurry up and send it above 100k, you guys aren't bullish enough."
