French AMF warns of 25 unauthorized crypto websites, with a cumulative total of 64 new additions to the blacklist within the year.

October 20 - According to a notice published by the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF) on October 19, the AMF has released a list of websites newly identified in the third quarter that illegally provide crypto assets or crypto asset services in France, including alphaairobot.com, aureoncorevix.net, bitgrokapp.com, bitkelttrade.com, cryptobullbear.com, investpathline.com, and others. Since the beginning of 2026, the AMF has added a total of 64 names to this blacklist.

The AMF stated that the list is updated frequently, but due to the continuous emergence of new unauthorized or fraudulent entities, the list is not exhaustive. The public can access the complete blacklist through the "Espace Épargnants> Protéger son épargne> Listes noires et mises en garde" section on the AMF official website, as well as the ABEIS website, and can check the whitelist of authorized crypto asset service providers (PSCA) on the AMF official website to verify whether the relevant institutions are approved to operate in France.
