October 29 - Huobi HTX announced that the legal lawsuit previously initiated by the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) against the exchange in the UK has now been properly resolved following a period of constructive communication between both parties.

Huobi HTX has consistently cooperated with the FCA in good faith, actively collaborated with the FCA, and proactively responded to its concerns regarding the UK market. During this period, Huobi HTX, based on its commitment to continuously adhering to compliance standards, gradually strengthened restrictions related to the UK market and exit arrangements, and introduced supporting operational measures.

These measures were implemented well before this settlement was reached. This settlement further consolidates the aforementioned measures and does not constitute an admission by Huobi HTX of any legal liability, misconduct, or violation.

The settlement eliminates relevant legal uncertainty and is consistent with the trading platform's commitment to continuously enhancing compliance standards. This helps Huobi HTX focus on what matters most — providing high-value services to users and achieving long-term sustainable growth.

Huobi HTX thanks all parties for their professional cooperation in properly resolving this matter and will continue to focus on responsibly serving users. Looking ahead, Huobi HTX is willing to work constructively with all industry parties, including collaborating with regulators where appropriate, to jointly safeguard user interests and promote the healthy development of the digital asset ecosystem.
