Binance hacker moves over $1 billion in ETH to new wallet

October 30th, according to OnchainLens monitoring, the hacker involved in the Binance theft incident is transferring over $1 billion in ETH to new wallets, suspected to be preparing to process the funds through Tornado and other mixers.
