RBC: HTX user agreement lists Russia among restricted regions

October 24: According to Russian media RBC, citing HTX's user agreement, HTX has added Russia to its list of countries and regions where use of its services is prohibited. The restrictions apply to individuals residing or located in the relevant regions, as well as businesses registered or primarily operating there.

According to the report, the agreement states that HTX may restrict affected users' access to platform services, suspend withdrawals, and close accounts, and it reserves the right to adjust the list of restricted regions, with changes possibly made without prior notice. The report did not disclose the specific effective date of the Russia-related restrictions or arrangements for user withdrawals. Previously, Bitget and MEXC also announced restrictions on or suspension of services for Russian users.
