Apple: Apple Intelligence to Open for Testing in China From November 4, Integrated With Alibaba's Qwen

October 31: According to a press release on Apple's official website, Apple announced that its first batch of Apple Intelligence features is coming to China, including Live Translation, Writing Tools, Visual Intelligence, the Clean Up photo tool and Genmoji. They will open for testing with the latest iOS developer beta starting November 4 and will be rolled out to Chinese users with the official release of iOS 27.3 in December. In addition, Apple has reached a partnership with Alibaba, under which Chinese users can use Qwen directly in Siri, Writing Tools and Visual Intelligence. Supported models include iPhone 16 and later, the iPhone 15 Pro series and iPhone Air. This update does not include next-generation Apple Intelligence features announced by Apple at WWDC 2026, such as Siri AI.
