October 31: According to monitoring by on-chain analyst Ai Yi, the Binance SAFU wallet transferred out 7,500 BTC ($580 million) half an hour ago, possibly to top up assets needed for proof of reserves; the address currently still holds 7,500 BTC. Binance co-founder Yi He subsequently stated that reserves for BTC, ETH, USDT, BNB, SOL, USDC, XRP, USD1, RLUSD and ZEC have returned to 100%.
