India's Enforcement Directorate Searches Premises Linked to CoinDCX, Delta, Alleging Unauthorized Cross-Border Transactions

Nov 7: India's Enforcement Directorate (ED), Bengaluru division, conducted searches at 3 premises linked to CoinDCX and Delta Exchange on Nov 4–5 under the Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA 1999). The ED alleges the two platforms were involved in large-scale unauthorized cross-border financial transactions covering crypto token derivatives and RWA token trading, with the cross-border transactions amounting to hundreds of billions of rupees.
