November 8: LNbits, the open-source Bitcoin Lightning Network wallet and account system, warned on X that all LNbits users should immediately shut down their LNbits servers. LNbits said that after being hit by a wave of attacks, the team needs to push multiple security patches, and that it is best to stay cautious until then; updates will be released as soon as possible.
