CoinDesk: RLUSD market cap reached $2.37 billion in September, XRPL on-chain supply surpassed Ethereum for the first time

October 6 — According to CoinDesk research data, the market capitalization of Ripple's US dollar stablecoin RLUSD reached $2.37 billion in September 2026.

Data shows that in June this year, the RLUSD supply on the XRP Ledger (XRPL) network surpassed Ethereum for the first time, accounting for 52% of the total supply, while the Ethereum network held 48%.

This shift indicates that more of RLUSD's liquidity is flowing toward Ripple's native settlement infrastructure, XRPL.
