On October 8, according to Arkham data, an address tagged as "US Government: Bitfinex Hack Seized Funds" transferred out 12,267 BTC at 21:33 Beijing Time on October 8, valued at approximately $1.01 billion.

In the preceding two days, US government-related addresses had cumulatively transferred over 6,200 BTC to Coinbase Prime.
