On October 9, according to Binance's official announcement, Binance will add the Biconomy (BICO) and Civic (CVC) tokens to the surveillance tag list on October 9, 2026. Tokens under surveillance tags exhibit significantly higher volatility and risk compared to other listed tokens, will be subject to regular reviews, and face delisting risks if they fail to meet listing standards.
