On October 9, according to CoinGlass data, the total liquidation amount in the cryptocurrency market over the past 24 hours reached $970 million, including $774 million for long positions and $195 million for short positions, with a total of 163,596 accounts liquidated.
Among them, ETH liquidations totaled approximately $301 million (longs $234 million, shorts $67.0528 million), BTC liquidations were around $233 million (longs $163 million, shorts $70.5668 million), SOL liquidations reached about $51.7056 million (longs $43.7218 million, shorts $7.9838 million), ZEC liquidations amounted to roughly $28.4591 million (longs $21.4502 million, shorts $7.009 million), XRP liquidations were approximately $28.1681 million (longs $26.5147 million, shorts $1.6533 million), HYPE liquidations totaled about $8.9761 million (longs $8.6692 million, shorts $0.3069 million), with other assets accounting for a combined $103 million in liquidations.
The largest single liquidation over the past 24 hours occurred on the ETH-USD trading pair on Hyperliquid, valued at $19.9818 million.
