Polymarket Hacked: Over 700 Users Affected, Losses Approximately $3.46 Million

On October 30, according to on-chain analytics firm Bubblemaps, an intrusion of a third-party service provider for Polymarket has resulted in over 700 users having their account assets stolen, with a total loss of approximately $3.46 million.

Bubblemaps data indicates that around $2.7 million has already been exchanged for POL and transferred out, while about $750,000 remains on Polymarket; the primary attacker's address is 0x3F99139F1C5854bb628c2e576Aaf638e99dFfc18, with funds split into multiple addresses.

previously reported that Polymarket has officially confirmed a third-party service provider was compromised and stated it will fully compensate affected users. Trading on the platform currently remains suspended.
