Liquid federated wallet replenishes 300 BTC, reserve shortfall drops to approximately 250 BTC.

On November 3, JAN3 CEO Samson Mow stated that the Liquid federation wallet has once again received 300 BTC, reducing the reserve gap to approximately 250 BTC.
On-chain transactions show that this 300 BTC transfer has been confirmed in Bitcoin block 974299. The phased recovery plan previously announced by Liquid requires first restoring the 1:1 fully reserved backing of L-BTC with BTC, before controllably resuming direct federation redemptions for authorized key holders.
