July 28th, according to on-chain analyst ViewBase, Arthur Hayes continued to buy 3,298 ETH with 6.32 million USDC through FalconX and Galaxy Digital in an OTC trade 2 hours ago.

Since July 15th, Arthur Hayes has now spent a total of 13.82 million USDC to acquire 7,212.6 ETH, with an average purchase price of approximately $1,916 per ETH.
