According to DToken Analytics, MoonX has completed its Series F financing round, raising over $3.5 billion with a post-money valuation of $350 billion. The round was initially targeting a maximum raise of $20 billion at a valuation of around $300 billion, but the final figures surpassed these goals. The company has now initiated its Pre-IPO round with a pre-money valuation of $500 billion.

In late December last year, MoonX secured $500 million in funding with a post-money valuation of $4.3 billion. If the next round is successful, the company's valuation will have increased by 11.6 times in just over six months.

This latest valuation surge has accelerated significantly since K2.5. K2.5 was launched at the end of January, followed by a Series D funding round raising over $700 million; K2.6 was unveiled in April, with the Series E raising $20 billion pushing the valuation past $200 billion; K2.7 Code was released on June 12, with the F round starting the same month; K3 went live on July 16, and the F round concluded well above target, raising the valuation to $350 billion.

Starting from K2.5, MoonX has almost consistently launched or completed a funding round shortly after unveiling each new model generation. These model upgrades have also become a direct lever for investors to reassess the company's valuation.
