Hyperliquid Launches HIP-4 Permissionless Deployment Testnet Initial Version

July 31st, Hyperliquid co-founder Jeff Yan announced that the initial version of HIP-4's permissionless deployment feature is now live on the testnet, and developers can learn about the deployment process through the relevant API documentation.

Subsequent features will be released gradually, including configurable fees and more testnet templates. The team is currently collecting community feedback.
