Tom Lee: Korean Stock Market May Be in the Final Stage of Bottoming Out

July 31st, Tom Lee, Chairman of Bitmine, Ethereum's largest treasury company, stated that as South Korean policymakers have begun to show "panic," the South Korean stock market may be in the final stage of forming a bottom.

He cited the views of David Tepper, founder of Appaloosa and a well-known fund manager, stating: "When policymakers start to panic, the market will stop panicking."
