FTX Fifth Round of Reimbursement Funds Deposited to Creditor Accounts

July 31st, FTX creditor representative Sunil announced that the FTX distribution funds have been deposited into creditors' accounts.

Earlier reports stated that the FTX Recovery Trust and FTX announced that the fifth round of creditor payouts would commence on July 31st, with plans to distribute approximately $9 billion to "Convenience" and "Non-Convenience" category creditors in the recovery plan.

With this round of distribution underway, the total amount distributed by the FTX Recovery Trust since FTX filed for bankruptcy in November 2022 will reach around $100 billion.
