August 1st — This morning, within 4 hours of its launch, the BSC ecosystem meme coin ASTEROID saw its market cap soar to $10 million. According to GMGN data, the token's trading volume has exceeded $20.5 million at the time of writing.

The token was deployed by the TST dev address. CZ had previously explained publicly that BNB Chain members used TST as an example in tutorial videos, and the team later "handled (deleted)" the related private keys. This ambiguity may have been the key factor behind ASTEROID's rapid surge.
