Roundhill DRAM Fund reduced its position by approximately $432 million in Samsung Electronics this week, adding to its holding in YMTC.
August 2nd. This week, the U.S. ETF management firm Roundhill made a significant adjustment to its DRAM-themed fund. In addition to the previously reported inclusion of CXMT (ChangXin Memory Technologies) with a 2.52% weight in its holdings, Roundhill also reduced its position in Samsung Electronics. The Roundhill DRAM-themed fund sold approximately 1 million shares of Samsung Electronics each day from Monday to Wednesday, totaling 3 million shares over the three days, equivalent to about $432 million.
The top three holdings of the Roundhill DRAM-themed fund currently are Samsung Electronics, Micron Technology, and SK Hynix, with weights of 26.39%, 24.54%, and 22.77%, respectively. Other major holdings include Seagate Technology, Western Digital, SanDisk, Kioxia, Macronix, and YMTC.
