Benefiting from a 16-Year AI Data Center Lease Agreement, Bitdeer Surges Over 11% in Pre-market Trading

August 4th, Bitdeer announced that its subsidiary Tydal Data Center AS has signed a 16-year colocation lease and service agreement with Volta Tydal AS for the AI/HPC campus in Tydal, Norway. Bitdeer will provide 121 MW of IT capacity (about 133 MW total) all equipped with NVIDIA GPUs, serving a leading AI lab.

The contract's contracted revenue during the base term is about $4.7 billion, with an additional 8-year renewal option, bringing the potential total contract value to around $8 billion. The improved gross lease averages about $202 per kW per month, with electricity reimbursed by tenants and includes a 3% annual escalator clause. Bitdeer estimates a Net Operating Income (NOI) profit margin of around 90%, with projected annual revenue per MWIT of about $2.4 million.

According to BIT (bit.com) market data, Bitdeer's pre-market trading in the US stock market is up 11.7%, currently at $12.77.
