August 10, according to Onchain Lens monitoring, the Ethereum Foundation transferred 566.27 ETH from its Grants wallet to an unmarked address, worth approximately $1.09 million.

Additionally, an Ethereum Foundation affiliated address also transferred 2.62 ETH to another address, worth about $5,000. This address had previously transferred funds to the South Korean cryptocurrency exchange Upbit.

The data shows that the source address of this transfer is the Ethereum Foundation Grants wallet (0x9eE...313D). Currently, the identity of the anonymous address receiving $1.09 million in ETH has not been confirmed, and the Foundation has not publicly disclosed the purpose of the funds.
