A Whale Increases Short Position in BTC by 533.02 Coins, Holding Reaches Around $84.02 Million

August 11th, according to on-chain analyst Ai Whale (@ai_9684xtpa), the whale who previously held a short position of approximately $102 million in BTC, incurred a maximum drawdown of $811,000 and has added to their position once again.

In the early morning today, the whale added 533.02 BTC to their short position, bringing the total position size to 1313 BTC, with a value of approximately $84.02 million. The average entry price is $64,183, with a current unrealized profit of about $251,000, still maintaining the largest single BTC position on Hyperliquid.

This short position has been active for almost a week since August 5th. After BTC experienced its first break below $64,000 last night, the short position returned to a profit.
