After CPI Data Release, Crypto, Gold, and US Stocks Experience Short-Term Decline Followed by Recovery

August 12th, after the CPI data release, cryptocurrencies, gold, and U.S. stocks experienced a short-term decline followed by a rebound. According to HTX Market, Bitcoin quickly dropped from $64,452 to around $64,000 after the data was released, then rose again. At the time of writing, it is now trading at $64,146.37, with a 24-hour increase of 0.83%.

According to Bitget Market, U.S. stock futures initially dipped slightly before quickly rising, with the Nasdaq 100 index futures' gain expanding to 0.9%. Spot gold prices initially fell by about $30, then rose by over $20, and is currently sitting at $4,412.38 per ounce.
