August 14th - S&P Dow Jones Indices announced that Reddit (RDDT) will be officially included in the S&P 500 Index before the market opens on August 18th, replacing the acquired AvalonBay Communities (AVB). Following the announcement, Reddit's stock price surged over 11% in after-hours trading.
