The U.S. House of Representatives today reviews bills related to crypto taxation and a strategic Bitcoin reserve.

September 16 — Crypto reporter Eleanor Terrett stated that although the CLARITY Act has been stalled in the U.S. Senate, the House of Representatives will continue to advance multiple crypto-related legislative items today. At 10 a.m. Eastern Time, the House Ways and Means Committee will review and mark up a crypto tax bill. Meanwhile, the House Financial Services Committee will also begin reviewing multiple bills, including the House strategic Bitcoin reserve bill introduced by Representative Nick Begich earlier this year.
