September 23 — According to an announcement by Silvia (formerly ProCap Financial, Nasdaq: SVIA), the crypto company led by entrepreneur Anthony Pompliano, it has repurchased an additional 2.3% of its outstanding common shares at a price below net asset value (NAV) since September 15.
Since the buyback program was initiated, the company has cumulatively repurchased approximately 14.5% of its outstanding shares. As of the close on September 22, the company had 82,881,223 outstanding shares and held approximately 5,130 bitcoins, a decrease of about 124 bitcoins from approximately 5,254 bitcoins on September 15, with a NAV per share of approximately $4.27.
The company stated it will continue repurchasing shares until the stock price is no longer below NAV.
