October 7 — According to Iranian media Fars News, Iran has reiterated that the Strait of Hormuz will remain closed until relevant demands are met. In a separate report, an adviser to Iran's Revolutionary Guard said Iran will soon block the "illegal" shipping lanes in the Strait of Hormuz.
