October 8 — Binance announced in an official notice that, due to a planned system upgrade by its partner brokerage, the platform's U.S. stock trading service will be temporarily unavailable from 18:50 to 21:00 (UTC+8) on October 10. During this period, users will be unable to submit U.S. stock trading orders.

The upgrade is scheduled outside regular U.S. stock market trading hours, and the service is expected to resume automatically after the upgrade is completed. Binance stated that the upgrade may finish earlier or be extended due to additional work, and advised users to plan their trading in advance.
