October 14: Berkshire Hathaway will invest an additional $330 million in Nasdaq-listed company Bending Spoons, subscribing to 10 million ordinary shares at $33 per share through a private placement; upon completion, its stake will rise to approximately 4%.

Bending Spoons stated that Berkshire had previously invested $600 million during its July 2026 IPO. The transaction's closing remains subject to customary closing conditions, with further details to be disclosed in a 6-K report filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). Bending Spoons is an Italian technology company primarily engaged in acquiring digital products and transforming their operations, with brands including Evernote, WeTransfer, and Vimeo under its umbrella.
