Nvidia upgrades Isaac robotics platform, launches humanoid robot reference framework and simulation tools.

October 21: Nvidia announced an upgrade to the Isaac general-purpose robotics development platform, introducing a new humanoid robot reference framework, simulation workflow, and data tools aimed at accelerating general-purpose robot development.

Nvidia founder and CEO Jensen Huang stated: "General-purpose robots are advancing at an incredible pace—the ChatGPT moment for robotics is rapidly approaching. With NVIDIA Isaac, a full-stack open robotics platform, we are providing developers with models, data, simulation tools, and computing systems to bring physical AI to the world's largest industries."
