Oct 29, 09:49

October 29 - Ethan Chan, CEO and co-founder of on-chain data company Allium, posted that on October 25, the company discovered a security incident involving unauthorized access to some Allium systems. The team immediately took measures to restrict access and harden systems, and has directly notified affected customers, and is still continuously providing updates and support.

According to his introduction, Allium has hired an independent cybersecurity firm to assist with response and investigation, and will strengthen security controls such as identity authentication and monitoring; after the investigation is completed, it plans to publicly disclose a summary of findings and response measures. Currently, core platforms such as Allium App, Explorer, and Explorer API have been restored online, some functions are still temporarily unavailable, and recovery progress can be seen on the status page. Chan apologized to customers for this interruption and said he will continue to maintain customer trust with clear communication and follow-through.
