Binance's 24-hour net outflow drops to $3.25 billion, CZ says losses fully covered by own assets.
November 3rd, according to DeFiLlama data, Binance's 24-hour net outflow has decreased from a peak of approximately $7 billion to about $3.25 billion, a drop of over 50%. Meanwhile, the platform's deposit-to-withdrawal ratio has rebounded, and capital flow conditions have improved.
Currently, Binance's total assets remain at approximately $124.4 billion, with the overall scale staying stable, and withdrawal services across various networks are gradually resuming.
Binance founder CZ stated this morning regarding the platform's recovery progress that Binance has allocated 100% of the funds, with only about 5% remaining to be converted into some small cryptocurrencies, which will take time. CZ added that one point not mentioned, which people might not even consider, is that Binance did not borrow money, did not sell assets, and did not raise financing; Binance fully used its own balance sheet to cover the stolen losses, which is different from other incidents people have been trying to compare it to.
