Oracle completes $20 billion stock and bond offering, priced at $116 per share

November 3: Oracle (ORCL) has completed the pricing of a total of $20 billion in stock and bond offerings. Among them, the company issued 86,206,897 shares of common stock at $116 per share, raising approximately $10 billion; it also issued a total of $10 billion in senior notes with maturities ranging from 2029 to 2046.
