Anthropic may publicly file for IPO as soon as this Friday, valuation could reach $2 trillion

October 22 — According to Yahoo Finance, citing three people familiar with the matter, Anthropic may publicly file its S-1 registration statement as soon as this Friday, followed by a potential listing in November, depending on market conditions. Anthropic did not comment on the timing. Reuters previously reported that Wall Street expects Anthropic's valuation to be around $2 trillion, with fundraising of up to $100 billion. A previously disclosed draft S-1 registration statement showed Anthropic posted revenue of $16.3 billion in the first half of the year and a net loss of $80.7 billion.
