Galaxy Digital Files Application with US OCC to Establish National Trust Bank

October 29: Galaxy Digital Inc. (Nasdaq: GLXY) announced that its subsidiary Galaxy Digital LP has filed an application with the U.S. Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) to establish "Galaxy National Bank," headquartered in New York. If approved, Galaxy National Bank will operate as a federally regulated trust institution under OCC supervision. The bank will provide Galaxy's digital asset custody, trading and staking services, and conduct fiduciary investment advisory business. Through this unified federal framework, the bank will be able to serve clients across the United States.
