Uber President to Leave and Join OpenAI as Chief Corporate Affairs Officer

Nov. 4: According to Bloomberg, Uber President Jill Hazelbaker will leave Uber to join OpenAI as Chief Corporate Affairs Officer, where she will oversee OpenAI's global communications and corporate positioning efforts. Hazelbaker joined Uber in 2015, previously worked at Snap and Google, and was promoted to Uber President and Chief Corporate Affairs Officer in May this year. Her departure is the latest senior executive exit at Uber this year.
