Kim Yo Jong Issues Second Statement on Binance Hack, Says North Korea Is Willing to Talk

November 4: According to The Block citing Yonhap, Kim Yo Jong, department director of the Workers' Party of Korea Central Committee, issued a second statement on the Binance hack, saying North Korea is willing to talk but that this may not necessarily serve the country's national interest. Kim Yo Jong is the sister of North Korean leader Kim Jong Un, andshe previously criticized the United States for blaming North Korea for the $6.3 billion Binance exploit.
